House layout Park your car on the paved courtyard and begin unpacking. Cosy, combined living room with a good wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen corner welcomes you. The living room is nicely furnished with, among other things, leather furniture, TV with Danish and German programmes, radio / CD / DVD and a lovely wood-burning stove as well as a heat pump which both help to reduce your consumption bill. Close to the kitchen is the dining table for 8 people, where the whole family can gather when hunger needs to be satisfied. Kitchen corner with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds) with good beds and practical wooden floors. Storage room with high chair and cot for the smallest children. The house's bathroom has shower, toilet, sink, sunken hot tub, direct access to sauna and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Extra bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. 2 pets allowed. An incredibly popular house with many returning guests who visit the house year after year. Non-smoking house House surroundings The house is situated on approximately 1.400m2 of lovely grounds with many sunny spots. The terrace area offers good garden furniture, loungers and grill. Close to the terrace there is a swing and sandbox for the children and the terrace is also perfect for a cosy barbecue evening.  The well-maintained natural grounds are surrounded by tall trees which provide lovely shelter, so the sun can be enjoyed both morning and evening. Only approximately 250 m from the house lies the roaring North Sea which every day offers new picturesque experiences. In season you can pick up fresh bread, groceries or perhaps invite the family out to eat only approximately 5 - 10 min walk from the house. So whether you are into an active holiday or total relaxation this forms a lovely setting both in terms of house, location and surroundings.
