This newly renovated pool house with sauna and spa is located in a lovely area on a natural plot only approximately 200 metres from the North Sea. The house has a lovely, south-facing terrace where you can relax or grill on the bright summer evenings.

The house's layout
This lovely pool house has undergone a complete renovation and is bright and pleasant. Brand new kitchen combined with the living room, from which there is direct access to the lovely, south-facing terrace. This way you can go directly from the kitchen with supplies to the guests outside or to the dining table in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, separate 50-litre freezer and a glass ceramic hob. In the living room there is a large Smart TV where you can watch DR1 or German satellite channels, and there is also the option to stream TV / Radio / Apps that you have your own subscription to. The living room also offers a cosy sofa group with a view into the pool room as well as a wood-burning stove which provides lovely warmth even on the slightly colder days. The pool measures 5.00 x 3.20 x 1.35 metres, and in the same room there is both a spa and a shower. There is direct access to and from the terrace from the pool room. In the other wing of the house there is a newly renovated bathroom with shower, sauna, toilet and sink. Here there is also a washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer in the house. There are 4 bedrooms: 1DB + 1DB + 1DB + 1DB. For the youngest guests there is also 1 high chair if needed. 2 dogs are allowed, other pets are not desired. Non-smoking house.

The house's surroundings
The house is located in dune terrain only 200 metres from the sea on a quiet road. There is a nice terrace with tiles, sun loungers, grill and garden furniture. The house's location just 200 m from the North Sea makes it lovely and easy to get down to the beach. The North Sea and beach in particular invite many activities, here you can among other things build sandcastles, fly kites, swim in season, fish, hike and much more. Approximately 600 m from the house is the area's grocer which is open seasonally, where you can buy groceries and rolls. On the other side of the road is the area's small café which is also open seasonally. The area around Vejlby Klit is suitable for walks and cycling trips. If you want a larger selection of activities and attractions, Thyborøn and Lemvig are only a short drive away from the house. Both towns offer several activities, shops and restaurants.
