This holiday home is located on a 1200 m² dune plot in the very outermost dune row, only 80 m from the North Sea. You cannot get closer to the sea.

House layout
Already when the car reaches the gravel road up to the house, you can see the unique location the house has. This well-maintained wooden holiday home is furnished with lime-treated walls and ceilings as well as windows that provide good natural light in the rooms. The house was renovated in 2019 with, among other things, a new kitchen and living room with satellite TV (German channels) and Danish channels DR, stereo system with CD and DVD player. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture and a lovely wood-burning stove, which together with the heat pump ensures pleasant warmth regardless of season. The kitchen, which is combined with the living room, is equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and everything you need in terms of service and cooking utensils. The dining table is placed close to the kitchen. There is free internet access. The house has 2 bedrooms: (DS) + (2K). There is also an alcove with 2 sleeping options and an annex with DS. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. From all windows in the living areas you have a fantastic view of the high dunes by the North Sea. Pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking house.

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and loungers. There are terraces on both sides of the house, so you have really good shelter options, and from the terraces you are completely at one with nature. Enjoy the lovely sound of the sea's roar from the house's terrace. It is the most unique location, only 80 m from the North Sea. Take a trip to the North Sea and enjoy the sea's roar. Here there are several good activity options, such as swimming, hiking, building sandcastles, collecting stones or amber and much more. End the day by enjoying one of the most beautiful sunsets over the North Sea from a dune top. If you want something other than pure nature during your holiday, both the harbour town Thyborøn and the old trading town Lemvig are only 15 minutes' drive from the house. In both towns you will find good restaurants, the opportunity to buy fresh fish, visit museums and much more. This house is ideal for a couple or a family who want to live a bit undisturbed during their holiday, but very close to the North Sea.
