House layout
The house is 160 m2 and has 4 lovely bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds) as well as a loft with 2 sleeping places to the delight of many children and young at heart. Combined kitchen corner and living room with cathedral ceiling. Well-equipped kitchen corner with everything in service / kitchenware and all technical necessities. Cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Close to the kitchen corner is the dining table. Living room with smart TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian programmes as well as chromecast which allows streaming of TV / radio / apps, DVD / CD / radio, games console (PlayStation 3) and comfortable leather furniture as well as views of the high dunes by the North Sea. A cosy wood-burning stove and 2 practical, energy-efficient heat pumps (1 air-to-air heat pump in the living room and an air-to-water heat pump in the pool room) help towards a lower energy bill. Electronic darts are installed in the bedroom hallway. There are tiled floors in the living room and kitchen area with underfloor heating and carpets in the bedrooms. From the living room there is access to the pool section. Swimming pool (6 x 3 x 1.3) with counter-current system, hot tub for 2 people, sauna and table football. There are 3 bathrooms, with toilet, shower, sink and underfloor heating in the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer are a given and are located in the house's entrance. Cot and high chair for the house's small residents. From the living room there is access to the house's large, partially covered terrace area. The house is very energy-efficient and uses only approx. 70 - 80 KwH per day including pool heating. If the bedroom doors are opened, the heat from the heat pumps can also warm the rooms. Non-smoking house. Max. 2 pets are allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups.

House surroundings
The holiday home was built in 1992 and has been continuously renovated – the latest major renovation was carried out in 2016. In addition to being close to the North Sea, the house is located on a 1,322 m2 large unobstructed natural plot with plenty of opportunities for shelter and a spot in the sun. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is the possibility of charging via a charging box installed at the house. A large part of the plot is fenced in to the great delight of children and dogs. Terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. Fire pit, table tennis. To the east there is a football goal and 30 metres from the house there is a pétanque court. Garden furniture and deckchairs that can be moved around on the terrace depending on weather and wind and where there is a spot in the sun. On the plot there is also a sandbox and swing for the youngest. In Vejlby Klit and the surrounding area there are really good opportunities for cycling, hiking or running, and only approx. 200m from the house lies the roaring North Sea which offers new picturesque experiences every day. In season you can pick up fresh bread, groceries or perhaps invite the family out to eat, only approx. 300m from the house. The peaceful Limfjord or Ferring Lake can also be reached within a short walk or drive. 10 km from the house is Jens Søndergård Museum and Bovbjerg Lighthouse. Experience how the North Sea tells a new story every day. Visit the many attractions and experiences that can be reached within max 30 minutes or visit the fishing village of Thyborøn or the lovely market town of Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops.
