The holiday home is located in a quiet and charming holiday home area close to the dyke and the sea. There are good opportunities for both walks and cycling trips as well as swimming from the bathing pier right by the beach access.

The house is well-utilized with three bedrooms, open-plan living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, a washing machine and a wood-burning stove. The house is well-insulated, and can therefore be used all year round.

By the beach there are two restaurants and an ice cream shop, and in Kramnitze 2 km away there are shopping opportunities and a pizzeria during the summer season. Kramnitze is also a charming old fishing village, now also with a shelter area and beach volleyball court.

Lolland is lovely in all seasons. You feel the weather and nature, and the walk on the dyke offers both nature and storytelling.

There is an electric car charging station at the house.
