Kitchen, dining area and living room are combined in one room, creating an open and spacious atmosphere. From here there is direct access to a large wooden terrace, part of which is covered. The terrace faces west and south, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun all day. Perfect for relaxation with grill and outdoor dining. The area offers lovely beaches, including the family-friendly Stillinge Strand. There is plenty of activity in the summer with ice cream shops and restaurants. Also explore nearby places such as Mullerup, Reersø and Røsnæs, which all offer beautiful nature experiences. For historical interest, the Viking fortress Trelleborg can be visited, and for the children BonBon-Land is a hit. The summer house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, high chair and baby bed. There is also the possibility of bringing a pet, so the whole family can gather. With a large garden and a sandbox there is plenty of space for the little ones to play, while the adults can play golf at a nearby course or take a day trip to Copenhagen. The holiday home is located on a 815 m² large garden.
