From both the house and the large terraces you can enjoy the lovely panoramic view over the Limfjord, the marina and the open landscape. Here you get peaceful surroundings, short distance to the water and good conditions for a relaxing holiday all year round.

The house is furnished for 6 people and offers free internet, spa, wood-burning stove and several lovely terrace areas, where the view can be enjoyed from morning to evening.

House layoutThe 84 m² holiday home is bright and inviting with large windows that bring nature and the view right into the house. From both the kitchen, dining area and living room there is a lovely view over the Limfjord and the area around the marina.

The kitchen is in open connection with the living room and is modern with a kitchen island and good work space. Here you will find a glass ceramic cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with separate freezer of 90 liters. The kitchen has tiled flooring with underfloor heating.

The living room is the house's natural gathering point with comfortable furniture, dining area, Chromecast, TV with Danish and German channels and the option to stream your own services. On cooler days the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, while the heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature all year round.

The house has 3 good bedrooms with space for 6 people distributed over 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Wooden floors in both living room and bedrooms contribute to the bright and cosy atmosphere.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a lovely 2-person hot tub where you can relax after the day's activities. In addition, there is both a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.

The house is a non-smoking house, and one pet is welcome.

House surroundingsThe house is located on approximately 1.000 m² of panoramic plot only 150 meters from the Limfjord and the beach. The high location provides a fantastic view over the fjord, the marina and the beautiful rolling landscape that the area is known for.

Around the house there are several lovely terrace areas, two of which are partially covered. Here you can enjoy the sun, read a good book or gather around the grill while you follow life on the fjord. Garden furniture and sun loungers are available, and regardless of time of day it is easy to find a good spot in the sun or shelter.

On the plot there is also a cosy bonfire spot where the family can gather on the long summer evenings.

Gjellerodde is a popular holiday area with good opportunities for hiking along the coast, cycling in the rolling landscape and bathing at the fjord. Lemvig is only about 5 km from the house and offers cosy shops, cafés and restaurants. If you want an excursion to the North Sea, the fishing village Thyborøn or the Coastal Centre, these experiences can be reached in about 15 minutes' drive.
