The bright and cosy living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, TV with German channels, and a fireplace, which creates extra holiday atmosphere on cool days. The house is also heated with an energy-efficient heat pump.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave, and there is of course also a washing machine and tumble dryer, so everyday life becomes easy – even on holiday. For the family's youngest there is both a cot and a high chair, and the house has internet.

Outdoors you can enjoy the large 1,000 m² plot with plenty of space for play and relaxation. The beautiful terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill – ideal for long summer evenings in the open air.

If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house.

The house is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed, which ensures an allergy-friendly environment.

The location is attractive with only approx. 400 metres to the North Sea. Shopping can be found approx. 3 km away in the summer season and approx. 9 km in the winter season.
