House Layout The holiday home is 128 m2. Combined living room and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling and access to a fantastic terrace area with panoramic views. Well-equipped kitchen area with everything in service and kitchenware as well as glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, built-in oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, underfloor heating. Lovely living room with upholstered furniture, dining table, TV with Danish and German channels and with Chromecast which provides the opportunity to stream radio and TV programmes, DVD, CD and radio and built-in wood-burning stove and a heat pump which both help to reduce consumption costs in all seasons, there is also underfloor heating in the living room/common room. 4 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 1DS) with underfloor heating in all bedrooms. Practical hard floors in living room/common room and in all bedrooms, and tiles in the kitchen area. Large beautiful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as plenty of cupboard and drawer space for storage and tiled floor. 2 large and beautiful bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. House Surroundings The house is located on a 1357 m2 plot close to the Limfjord. From the living room there is access to a partially covered, unique terrace area. Lovely garden furniture, loungers and grill which can be moved around on the terraces depending on weather and wind and where there is a spot in the sun. In addition, there is also a wilderness spa heated with wood and outdoor shower as well as access to an outdoor sauna. Absolutely fantastic outdoor areas which are unique and special. From the house there is a lovely trail system which in a few minutes leads directly down to the water. Not far from the house is the new, beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide and it is also not far to shops or to the beach. The Area The holiday home area Gjellerodde is located right on the Limfjord. Lemvig town is only 5 minutes away by car and has a nice shopping district and cosy harbour environment. Gjellerodde and Lemvig are known for their rolling and beautiful nature that surrounds the entire area and here you will find, among other things, one of the country's most beautiful golf courses, the roaring North Sea only 14 km to the west and Klosterheden 12 km from here. From Lemvig to the tip of Gjellerodde a planet trail has been created where you encounter sculptures of all the planets on your way, and on your route you can conveniently make a stop at the Museum of Religious Art. There is the opportunity to have an active holiday or switch off and relax with the whole family. From the house there is a nice trail system which leads you around the area, down to the water or to the area's new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide. The rowing club and the two marinas help to form the setting for a beautiful natural tourist area. The west coast's harsh but incredibly beautiful and lovely nature makes it possible to enjoy your holiday both indoors and outdoors regardless of weather and wind. On the activity list there are several options such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and boating at both the fjord and the North Sea - and in Klosterheden there are good routes for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking.
