Charming stone house near the beach at Gjellerodde This cosy stone house is situated on a beautiful natural plot with a lovely view of the area – just 400 metres from the child-friendly beach. House layout At 80 m², the house is both well-appointed and comfortable. The living room is furnished with soft upholstered furniture, carpets, TV with both Danish and German channels, as well as a cosy wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump that ensures pleasant warmth all year round. The dining table is positioned close to the kitchen, which is functionally fitted with a glass ceramic hob, refrigerator with 90-litre freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, providing good space for four people. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower. One pet is welcome, but smoking is not permitted. Surroundings From the living room there is direct access to a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. The terrace offers good shelter, and the furniture can easily be moved around so you can always find a sunny spot or a sheltered corner. For the family's youngest there are swings in the garden. The house is ideally located with path systems that lead directly to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties within a few minutes. Close by is also a large natural wooden play area with slides, swings and other fun activities. In season there is an ice cream kiosk and a restaurant nearby. Just 6 km from the house you will find Lemvig – a lively market town with an exciting selection of shops, a fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum and much more.
