This cosy holiday home is situated on a large, well-maintained grass plot with several terraces, some of which are partially covered – perfect for both sunny and slightly cooler days.

House layout
The house offers a bright and inviting living room in open connection with the kitchen. From the living room you have a fantastic view over the Limfjord. Here you will find F-TV with satellite dish (German channels) as well as the option to stream TV, radio and apps via your own devices – so you can enjoy your subscription as you normally do at home. There is also a stereo system with CD and free internet access.

The kitchen is practically equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, 30 l. freezer and microwave. The house has three comfortable bedrooms with space for 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and underfloor heating, so you can start the day comfortably.

The house is equipped with a heat pump, which means you can save up to 80% on electricity heating. The pump delivers up to six times as much heat as it uses – an efficient and environmentally friendly solution. The house is also a non-smoking house.

Surroundings
The holiday home has several terraces with garden furniture and grill, where you can enjoy the sun and fjord views. From the house, trail systems lead you within a few minutes directly down to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties.

Nearby you will find a new, beautiful nature playground built from natural materials with slides, swings and much more – perfect for children. There is also an ice cream kiosk and restaurant, which opens in season. Lemvig town is only about 4 km away and offers a lively shopping district with shops, fish restaurants, cinema, skate park, museum and much more.
