Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. The kitchenette is bright and welcoming and has all modern appliances: Cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and all service / kitchen equipment. House Surroundings
Located on approximately 1,100 m2 of well-maintained grounds only 200 m from the Limfjord. Large, partly covered and enclosed terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. The terrace runs all the way around the house. At the end of the well-maintained lawn there is a fantastic, outdoor, natural activity area. There is always shelter here as well as a sunny spot. There is a bonfire area, sandbox and trampoline. The perfect area for play and cosy gatherings. Perfect for families with small children. A lovely holiday home in all seasons. From the house there is a nice trail system that leads directly down to the water in just a few minutes. Approximately 400 m from the house is the new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide. It is only four km to Lemvig, which is a lively market town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc. If you take the car, a trip to Thyborøn is an experience in itself and takes 20 minutes. There are several different activities such as fish auction, Sea War Museum or visit the exciting Jyllandsaquarium, where children can see and touch fish and crabs, or visit the completely unique Snail House. End the day with ice cream in hand while you walk along the harbour quay and look at all the fishing boats.
