Wooden holiday house with approx. 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 1 single) with wooden floors. The living room is bright and cosily furnished with nice wooden floors, functional upholstered furniture, Radio / CD, Smart TV with Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV / radio / Apps on the TV and energy-saving heat pump. Cosy kitchen corner with ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer and service / kitchen utensils. From the combined living room and kitchen corner you can enjoy the beautiful view over the landscape and the Limfjord, and there is also access to a truly fantastic, elevated dining room / outdoor room likewise with magnificent views. Nice bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Max 1 pet allowed.

House surroundings
After parking the car in the carport directly by the house, a lovely entrance welcomes you. A fantastic outdoor room makes the house something very special. Good terraces have been created around the house, where you are largely undisturbed due to the location at the end of the access road. From both the terraces and the outdoor room there is a fantastic view, and the outdoor room is fantastic both on days with bright sunshine and on days when the weather might not be so good. By the terrace there is a lovely wilderness bath which is heated with wood - a unique experience in all kinds of weather. On the well-maintained grounds and on the terraces it is always possible to find shelter or a spot in the sun. From the outdoor room there is access to a covered terrace. Plenty of garden furniture. Sun loungers and garden furniture can be moved around on the terraces as desired. Elevated, undisturbed location at the end of a gentle access road on a well-maintained plot of approx. 900 m2.

The area
The holiday home area Gjellerodde is located right on the Limfjord and from the house it is only a few minutes' walk to the bathing jetty and good bathing conditions. Lemvig town is only 5 minutes away by car and has a nice shopping area and cosy harbour environment. Gjellerodde and Lemvig are known for their rolling and beautiful nature that surrounds the entire area and here you will find, among other things, one of the country's most beautiful golf courses, the roaring North Sea only 14 km to the west and Klosterheden 12 km from here. From Lemvig to the tip of Gjellerodde there is a planet trail where you meet sculptures of all the planets on your way, and on your route you can conveniently stop at the Museum of Religious Art. There is the opportunity to have an active holiday or switch off and relax with the whole family. From the house there is a nice trail system that leads you around the area, down to the water or to the area's new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide. The rowing club and the two marinas help to form the framework of a beautiful natural tourist area. The west coast's harsh but incredibly beautiful and lovely nature makes it possible to enjoy your holiday both indoors and outdoors regardless of weather and wind. On the activity list there are several options such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and boats at both the fjord and the North Sea - and in Klosterheden there are good routes for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking.
