This lovely brick holiday home is located on Gjellerodde on a natural plot close to the Limfjord. From the house and grounds there is a view towards Thyborøn and out over the Limfjord. Free internet access.

House layout
Already when you drive up to the house and park the car, you can see the fantastic location the house has. When you enter the hallway, there is an energy-efficient washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also plenty of storage space. The hallway is a distribution corridor, from which you can enter the living room, which is furnished with a television with Chromecast so you can stream TV / Radio / Apps that you have a subscription to. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove and heat pump, which provides pleasant warmth even on cold winter days. The heat pump helps keep the electricity bill low. If you go through the opposite door in the hallway you enter a lovely kitchen/dining room which is furnished with a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, in the kitchen there is also a small dining table. From the dining room there is access to the house's 3 bedrooms which are furnished with double bed + double bed + single bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, spa, changing table and access to sauna. Throughout the house there are visible beams, which are characteristic of a house from 1910 and also contribute to the cosy atmosphere. Non-smoking house. Max 1 dog is allowed. An altogether cosy and nicely furnished holiday home with a fantastic location.

Surroundings
The house is located on a natural plot with large trees and bushes and with a fantastic view of the Limfjord. On the grounds there are a couple of lovely terraces with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. You can move them around as you like, so there is always an opportunity to find a sheltered spot or a place in the sun, and at the same time sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Limfjord. The house is located within walking distance of the lovely child-friendly beach at Gjellerodde, and there is also a natural playground where you can freely play. The house is not far from Lemvig approx. 3 km. Lemvig is an old market town, here there is a lovely harbour promenade with a playground and in the summer season the square is filled up like a large flea market every Monday. The pedestrian street is cosy and has many good specialist shops and several good restaurants. A really lovely and cosy house for a family or if you are one or two couples who want to spend your holiday together.
