House layout The house was partially renovated in 2020 and has space for 5 people. The living room is furnished with a dining area with dining table and bench, upholstered furniture, F-TV with Danish programmes, DAB radio and wooden floors. Enjoy the lovely wood-burning stove and heat pump which each provide pleasant warmth and help reduce energy costs. Large, well-equipped kitchen with electric ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood and wooden floors. The house bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. There is also a washing machine in the house. 3 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a 3/4 bed and wooden floors, and the other has a single bed and carpet. From the kitchen there is access via a steep staircase to the 2 bedrooms on the first floor. From the bedroom with the 3/4 bed there is access to a large open balcony with garden chairs, from here there is a panoramic view over the North Sea. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and carpet. Non-smoking house. 2 pets are allowed. Surroundings The house is located on a 5519 m2 natural plot. From the living room there is access to a west-facing covered terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. From this terrace there is a fantastic view over the area and towards the North Sea. From the first floor there is access to a large balcony with garden chairs, from here there is a panoramic view over the area up to Bovbjerg Lighthouse and over the North Sea. From both terraces you can enjoy the weather, the sun and the sound of the roaring North Sea, and in the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the sea from the terrace. The beach is only 200 m from the house and offers new picturesque experiences every day. At the North Sea there is the opportunity for recreational fishing, finding amber, building sandcastles, finding stones and shells and much more. If you want to experience something in the local area, the drive to Lemvig is very short. Here in the valley of hills and waves lies beautiful Lemvig, which has a fantastic harbour promenade and several good restaurants to offer. There are good shopping opportunities in the town's pedestrian street, and for children there is a playground and skate park. A house for a small family or a couple who want to live with a fantastic view and close to the sea and located a bit by itself.
