The nice kitchen corner is well-equipped with ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. The bathroom is bright and functional with toilet, shower and sink. The house has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as a cosy alcove with 2 extra sleeping places – perfect for the children. There are wooden floors in all living areas and bedrooms, which creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. **House surroundings** Outdoors you can enjoy life on the terrace, where the sea view also comes into its own. The house is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed. A lovely summer house for those who want a holiday with peace, comfort and a truly unique location close to the North Sea. In the well-maintained common areas there is a shared playground which was built in 2012, where you will find a playhouse, swings, sandpit, children's seesaw, slide, football goal, and bonfire area.
