Living room with leather furniture, TV with German channels only, radio/CD and a lovely wood-burning stove which creates extra coziness and warmth. Nice kitchenette with cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. Nice bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Washing machine. From the living room there is panoramic view to the North Sea. There is carpet in the living room and practical linoleum in the other rooms. Max 1 pet allowed.

House surroundings
The house is located on a 600 m2 open natural ground in the Trans Holiday Village area which is a well-maintained area with many similar houses each with their own character. Partially covered terrace with garden furniture and grill and panoramic view over the North Sea. On the well-maintained common areas there is a shared playground which was made in 2012, where you can find playhouse, swings, sandbox, children's seesaw, slide, football goal, and bonfire area. Enjoy the view or explore the area. Take a walk by the sea which every day tells new stories or visit the market town Lemvig and the fishing town Thyborøn, where there are also plenty of activities and dining options.
