Beautiful holiday home with sea view located approximately 100 metres from the roaring North Sea with a child-friendly bathing beach. The house is located in the cosy and quiet Trans holiday village.

House interior
The house is bright and pleasantly furnished with comfortable leather furniture, wood-burning stove which provides pleasant warmth even on cold days, and TV with Danish and German programmes. There are light wooden floors in the living room and kitchen area. Open kitchen equipped with electric cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed + 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. There are wooden floors in the bedrooms. There is also a washing machine in the house. From the living room and kitchen there is a fantastic view of the North Sea and the common area with playground and bonfire site is right outside the door. There is free internet access. 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted.

House surroundings
There is both an open and a partially covered terrace with good garden furniture and grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. The area also offers a large common area with a large playground, football pitch and bonfire site, where you can among other things make campfire bread and marshmallows. The Trans holiday village area is a well-maintained area with many similar houses each with their own character. On the well-maintained common areas there is a shared playground which was built in 2012, where you will find a playhouse, slide and bonfire site. Partially covered, fenced terrace with garden furniture and grill. Enjoy the sea view, a spot in the sun or explore the area. Take a walk by the sea which tells new stories every day or visit the market town Lemvig and the fishing town Thyborøn, where there are also plenty of activities and dining options.
