Beautiful bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and tiled floor with underfloor heating. From the living room there is a view towards the North Sea and the dunes. The house has wooden floors throughout. Fridge/freezer in the utility room. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed.

The Trans Holiday Village area is a well-maintained area with many similar houses each with their own character. On the well-maintained common areas there is a shared playground built in 2012, which features a playhouse, slide and bonfire area. Partially covered, fenced terrace with garden furniture, loungers and grill. Enjoy the sea view, a spot in the sun or explore the area.
