Combined living room and kitchenette. Just on the other side of the kitchenette the dining table is placed. Furthermore there is TV with Danish and German channels and a lovely wood-burning stove which creates extra cosiness and warmth. Nice kitchenette with electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. Nice bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. From the living room there is a panoramic view over the North Sea. There are wooden floors in all bedrooms and living areas and linoleum in the bathroom. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning

House surroundings
The area Trans Holiday Village is a well-maintained area with many similar houses each with their own character. On the well-maintained common areas there is a shared playground which was built in 2012, where you will find a playhouse, swings, sandbox, children's seesaw, slide, football goal, and bonfire area. Open natural ground is approximately 600 m2. Partially covered terrace with garden furniture and grill. Extra fenced terrace which is perfect for families with children or dogs. Enjoy the panoramic view or explore the area.
