Well-utilized holiday home of approximately 80 m2 built in 2004. Entrance with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra sunbathing area welcomes you. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed + 1 single bed). All bedrooms have wooden floors. The house is nicely and practically furnished. The kitchen corner has all hard white goods and service and kitchenware. There is a stove with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the living room there is, among other things, a lovely dining table close to the kitchen, flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels and streaming options. DVD player, PlayStation 4 gaming console, radio with CD player, upholstered furniture and a cozy wood-burning stove which together with the installed heat pump helps minimize the electricity bill. The living rooms are built in kip. 2 bedrooms have wooden floors and in the bedroom there is carpet. The house appears airy and easy to clean. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle, tiled floor and direct access to sauna.
