In the raw and beautiful West Jutland nature, just 100 metres from the North Sea's roaring waves, lies this charming two-storey holiday apartment in an old beach warden's farmhouse. Here there is room to breathe deeply, find peace and enjoy your holiday in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on a large, peaceful natural plot of 9,805 m² – directly facing the sea – approximately 1.6 km south of Bovbjerg Lighthouse. The area is quiet and beautiful, and here you truly feel the special atmosphere of the west coast. Inside you are met with a bright and cosy interior. On the first floor you will find both a bedroom with a double bed and a lovely living room – both with wonderful sea views, so you can fall asleep and wake up to the changing sea. The room invites relaxation with TV, DVD, satellite and stereo system. On the ground floor there is plenty of space for socialising. Here you will find the entrance, a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating, sauna and shower cubicle – perfect after a long walk along the beach – as well as a guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cosy dining room with wood-burning stove is in open connection with the well-equipped kitchen, where holiday meals can easily be prepared. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Throughout there are beautiful wooden and tiled floors, which emphasise the warm atmosphere. Outside awaits a lovely, approximately 50 m² courtyard garden, partially enclosed, with garden furniture and grill – surrounded by small dunes with marram grass, which create a very special and cosy setting for outdoor life. Here morning coffee can be enjoyed in shelter, while the evening is rounded off with grilling and the colours of the sunset. There is a carport for the car, a chest freezer available and really good opportunities for fishing as well as kite flying and hang-gliding in the area. The apartment has wireless internet, electric heating and is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. An obvious holiday destination for those who want closeness to nature, genuine West Jutland cosiness and the sea right outside the door.
