On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each. All rooms have beautiful sea views, so you can wake up to the sound of the waves and the view over the North Sea. On the ground floor, the property offers a welcoming entrance with access to a bathroom with underfloor heating, sauna and shower cubicle – perfect after a refreshing walk along the beach. There is also a guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and coffee maker has a wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining and living room. There is plenty of space for cozy meals and relaxation in front of the TV, which is equipped with DVD, satellite and stereo system with CD. Throughout the apartment there are beautiful wooden and tile floors. Outside you will find a charming courtyard laid out with beach dunes planted with marram grass, which creates shelter and a cozy atmosphere around the approximately 50 m² partly enclosed courtyard garden. There are garden furniture and a grill, so holiday meals can be enjoyed under the open sky. A carport belongs to the apartment. There is free wireless internet, a chest freezer available and good opportunities for both fishing and kite and hang-gliding in the area. The apartment is heated with electric heating and is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.
