There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet in this holiday home which offers several cosy seating areas, perfect for reading a good book while the children play in the area, from here you also have the opportunity to enjoy the view of the North Sea and the surroundings. The cottage is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and a wood-burning stove, both of which provide pleasant warmth and which means lower heating costs. The house is furnished with an open kitchen/living room with modern furniture, high-speed internet and Smart TV with the option to stream your own TV services. The kitchen features, among other things, an induction hob, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet and 2-person spa. Guest toilet: toilet and sink, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms in the main house, both with good double beds and TV. There is also a loft under the roof with three additional sleeping places and sea view. Last but not least, next to the main house there is a separate annex with a double bed and a single bed.

Furthermore, the cottage has a large, fenced terrace with good garden furniture, where small children and the family's four-legged friends can stay safely. The Trans Ferieby area is a well-maintained area with many similar houses each with their own character. In the well-maintained common areas there is a shared playground which was built in 2012, where you will find a playhouse, slide and bonfire area. Take a walk by the sea which tells new stories every day or visit the market town Lemvig and the fishing town Thyborøn, where there are also plenty of activities and dining options.
