The functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and a separate 60-liter freezer. The elegantly furnished living room offers a wood-burning stove, stereo system with CD and television with Danish and German TV. The bathroom is lovely with a sunken hot tub, shower and underfloor heating as well as toilet and sink. There is also an extra bathroom with sink and toilet, which makes it easy for two families to stay in the house. There is also a washing machine in the house. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 of which have double beds and one single room has as many as 2 beds. The house has clinker flooring throughout and is a so-called energy-saving house, as it has a heat pump installed that ensures a good indoor climate and saves on heating bills. Non-smoking house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house. **House surroundings** The house's terrace with garden furniture surrounds most of the house and there is also a lawn. The house is situated quietly on a closed road and yet you can easily reach the beach, as you can get down from the slope via a path. On the way to the beach 100 meters from the house is the playground "Bestig Odden", which is a popular destination for locals, as the playground is unusual in that it utilizes the geography of the moraine hill. After that you can take a dip in the blue waves. Another option is to visit Gjellerodde Cafeteria and kiosk. This is also located right by the playground and here you can get good food or simply buy refreshments in season. It is usually open from Easter to the end of October. It is approximately 6 km by car to the charming Limfjord town Lemvig where you can go shopping, visit the attractive harbour or simply walk around and enjoy the town.
