Lovely, partially renovated holiday home from 1980 with a nice large garden and attractive location just 200 metres from the Limfjord beach with good bathing facilities. There is room for 6 people. Free internet. Max 1 pet allowed.

House layout
Kitchen and living room are integrated into the same room and it is really cosy and nicely furnished. There are upholstered furniture with a coffee table, television and stereo system with CD player. On the TV you can watch both German and Danish DR channels. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. The dining table is also in the living room. From the living room there is access to a lovely garden room with a small table and a couple of chairs from which there is access to one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen has a glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and a separate 20-litre freezer.
The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). Bathrooms with sink, shower, toilet and underfloor heating plus good cupboard space. Extra toilet with sink and toilet. In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an extra sink and good cupboard space.

Surroundings
The house has a lovely garden with opportunities for ball games and other play. Partially covered terrace with grill, garden furniture and parasol. There is plenty of space for complete relaxation. Behind the house there is also a small terrace with a café set. You will be staying close to one of the area's child-friendly sandy beaches with a bathing jetty where the bathing water quality is top-notch. It is also possible to hand-pick Limfjord oysters immediately east of the bathing beach where there are some mussel beds. Within walking distance is also the popular playground "Odden" which children love to challenge themselves on with long slides and "the ground is poisoned" courses. Furthermore, Gjellerodde offers good walking opportunities where you can, among other things, follow the Planet Trail to Lemvig or walk in the other direction towards the north along the beach and the great open spaces.
