This beautiful holiday home built in 2007 is situated on a 948 m2 plot at the end of a cul-de-sac in child-friendly surroundings. The house is very close to nature by Gjeller Lake and the Limfjord and is a lovely holiday home in all seasons. Smoking is not permitted. Although the house is larger, only 6 people may stay in the house. There is wireless internet access throughout the house.

House layout
Kitchen and living room are in the same room and there is plenty of space to relax. There is underfloor heating on the tiled floor which creates a lovely clean and warm atmosphere. The house is bright and welcoming with large windows. There are beautiful furnishings, a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with DR1 and satellite with German channels. In addition there is a DVD player and stereo system with CD. In the living room there is also an alcove with 2 sleeping options. The kitchen has everything you need: glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher plus even a high chair for children. In addition there are 3 good bedrooms of which 2 have double beds and one has a bunk bed. So in total there are 3 bedrooms + the alcove with space for 2. The house stands out with the luxury of having 2 underfloor heated bathrooms. One has both a whirlpool bath, sink, toilet and shower, while the other has a sink and toilet. In the small utility room there is a washing machine and in the shed there is a tumble dryer. Non-smoking house

House surroundings
On the large terrace areas you can enjoy your morning coffee, the afternoon or summer evenings in often lovely peace due to the area's remote location. Here there are garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a grill and for the children there is a sandpit. Despite the relatively remote location, in summer there is only 300 metres to Gjeller Odde cafeteria and kiosk which is a popular destination for locals. There is also the most child-friendly beach in the entire Lemvig Municipality and it is always a hit to take the children there along with the obligatory ice cream purchases from the kiosk. The house is a short distance from the Limfjord where you can get close to nature. There are several oyster and mussel banks very close to the shore around Gjeller Odde, which indicates that this is where the Limfjord has its cleanest water. There are good opportunities for water sports such as diving, kayaking, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
