The house's living room and kitchen are combined in one large room. In the same room there is actually also a loft with two single sofas. The kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with leather furniture, wood-burning stove, TV with Danish and German channels, DVD and radio with CD player. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 single bed. Loft with 2 sleeping options. Bathroom: Toilet, sink, shower, sauna, spa and underfloor heating. Guest toilet with sink and toilet. Kitchen and living room are fitted with tile flooring and the large window sections ensure good light in the room. Bedrooms and loft have wooden flooring. Non-smoking house. 2 pets are allowed.

House surroundings
The house is located on a 860 m2 natural plot close to the North Sea and Ferring Lake. Open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. This peaceful holiday home area invites many good walks, runs or bike rides. The North Sea which is only 100 m from the house is worth a visit regardless of season. Bovbjerg Lighthouse is not far from the house and many different events take place at the lighthouse during the year, furthermore there is a cafe which sells delicious food and cake which is all from the local area and homemade. A lovely house regardless of season.
