The house is bright and modern and on the ground floor you will find a brand new kitchen which is well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, adjoining the kitchen is the dining room which has wooden flooring. The living room is furnished with leather furniture and has tiled flooring, Smart TV with Danish and German programmes and wood-burning stove, heat pump, CD player. The living room is furnished with large windows which provide fantastic light, and from the living room you of course also have views over the North Sea. On the ground floor there is also one of the house's bathrooms which has toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the entrance is the staircase up to the 1st floor, here you will find 3 bedrooms each with 1 DB and a newly renovated bathroom with sink, toilet, and lovely spa bath. From the large bedroom there is access to a fantastic partially covered balcony, from which you have panoramic views over the North Sea and the area, the balcony has glass panels. In addition there are brand new windows which are soundproofed. This house simply must be experienced if you want to stay close to the North Sea and no matter where you are in the house you can enjoy the view over the sea. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house.

From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and grill. There is also a small enclosed courtyard where there is of course also garden furniture.
