On a unique, undeveloped southwest-facing natural plot in the first row to the fjord lies this summer house - with fantastic views of the water and only 100 metres to the beach. A small private path leads directly down to the child-friendly fjord, where shallow clear water and soft sand invite play, bathing, relaxed days in the sun and the most beautiful sunsets!

The house comprises 75 well-appointed square metres with four separate bedrooms and a total of six sleeping places:
- an annex with double bed and fjord view
- a bedroom with double bed
- a room with alcove for one person
- a room with sofa bed for one person
Furthermore a bathroom and a garage, where you can find parasol, cushions etc.

Kitchen and living room are the house's natural and cosiest gathering point. The open fireplace and heat pump ensure lovely warmth all year round as well as cooling on hot summer days. And the view over the fjord functions as a huge living painting. There is of course also wifi, so the stay can be combined with streaming or work.

On the large wooden terrace, which is sheltered among the trees, there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor fireplace makes it possible to extend the evenings and gather around the fire - in the garage you will find marshmallow sticks. Here is plenty of space to relax – without being disturbed.

Within walking or running distance you will find beautiful hiking routes, insect bingo for the little ones and of course the opportunity to swim (all year round) and fish. Or simply enjoy the view over the beautiful fjord landscape.

A ten-minute drive away you will find Statens Museum for Kunst in Doverodde, where you can experience world-class art and enjoy a good lunch. If you like live music, both Høloftet and Agger Darling are good suggestions for cosy local venues. Within a short drive there are fantastic opportunities for water activities in all kinds of forms such as windsurfing, wave surfing, bodyboard, wing surfing, SUP and furthermore Sydthy Kurbad and swimming pool are only a ten-minute drive from the summer house. In Struer you will also find Kurbad Limfjorden and a wakeboard facility.

Thy National Park is nearby with dune plantations, vast heathlands and plenty of magnificent nature with marked trails for both hiking and cycling. There is also the opportunity for excursions to small charming harbour towns.

Finally, Hurup is the nearest market town with several shops, supermarkets, a small good bakery and café as well as a good butcher, which also sells fish, Italian and of course Thy specialities. Small roadside stalls also offer delicious local Thy produce.

In short - the summer house for those who appreciate the simple, relaxing and good life, where nature, water and peace are valued.
