The summer house is located at the end of a closed gravel road – with a small footpath down to the water, which is only 250 meters away. The plot is south-facing and sunny and surrounded by trees so there is shelter on the grounds. The entire plot – which is 1200 m2 – is fenced in so if you have a dog it can run freely.

There is a carport and space for 3 cars on the grounds in front of the house. There is also an electric car charger for electric vehicles.
In the garden there are garden furniture for 10 people, sun loungers and deck chairs, garden games as well as kayak and SUP board for free use. The terrace is 90 m2 and approximately 20 m2 is covered. There is a grill and a fire pit.

The house is 78 m2 and is furnished with three bedrooms – 2 of the bedrooms have double beds – one bedroom has two single beds. So there is room for 6 guests in total.
There is a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. The kitchen has a cooker with glass ceramic hob, convection oven with grill, there is a fridge/freezer and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen in terms of kitchen utensils. There is service, glasses, cutlery etc. for 8 people.
Kitchen, dining room and living room are one large room and have large windows and doors out to the garden/terrace. There is a wood-burning stove with a cooker hood that makes it easy to light. There is wireless internet, TV with Chromecast and Sonos sound system.

The summer house is close to the lovely bathing beach at Draget, Nissum Bredning, which is part of the western Limfjord. The beach is child-friendly and is reached by the path just outside the house.
We are in the region of Thy which stretches northwards along the North Sea. The area is known for its beautiful nature and not least Thy National Park which offers large unspoilt natural areas with endless opportunities for hiking and nature experiences.

The nearest town is Hurup, which is 9 km from the summer house. Here there are good shopping opportunities with several supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, many small shops etc. There is also a hotel with an excellent restaurant. In Hurup you will also find a swimming pool which is known for its spa/wellness department and which is really worth a visit.
SMK Thy – the State Museum of Art has opened a branch in Hurup Thy – and is only 10 minutes' drive from the summer house. It is incredibly beautiful buildings and the first exhibition received very good reviews. There is also a very cosy café on the premises with delicious lunch dishes and cakes.

To the west – approximately 20 minutes' drive from the summer house is Agger facing the North Sea – here is the Michelin restaurant TRI – a huge culinary experience. In the area along the coast you will also find Nørre Vorupør and Klitmøller called "Cold Hawaii" which is known for its unique conditions for surfing. And finally on Jutland's shoulder Hanstholm, which is a real fishing town. The largest town in the area is Thisted – here there are many charming streets, specialist shops and good cafés and restaurants.
