The house is at the end of a private and closed road, and contains three bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, giving a total of eight sleeping places. There is plenty of space for both large and small holiday guests.

Kitchen and living room are combined in one bright and open living space, which provides the setting for socializing, shared meals, board games or simply peace and views through the large windows. Outside, the sun can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace, and the open garden, which invites play and relaxation, with direct access to a protected natural area – all just a stone's throw from the beach.

At 145 m², the house is neither too large nor too small – it has just the right size for a relaxed holiday. In addition, there is an extra multi-room with a double bed and an extra sofa bed. There is room for both fun and immersion, regardless of weather and season.

The terrace is ideal for barbecue evenings and long summer evenings under the open sky or the covered terrace, while the children can play safely in the open garden.

There is also plenty of opportunity for cycling in the hilly landscape and exciting encounters with local art and culture.
