At the end of a private road leading directly to Professorens Plantage lies this beautiful and atmospheric timber house – "Lynghytten", where the house has been continuously renovated since 2021 with a new kitchen, floors and interior doors, new windows and exterior doors. Most recently a spa-like bathroom in quality materials and an outdoor shower in 2025.
The house, which has 3 bedrooms (6 persons), is 67m2 with a really good layout: entrance with access to a bathroom with washing facilities and washing/drying machine and "master bedroom" on one side.
On the other side is the heart of the house; the spacious kitchen/dining area and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything for a good dinner and all in hard white goods. The living room is cosy and spacious with good seating furniture in several sections as well as a wood-burning stove, air-to-air heat pump and double terrace doors leading out to a covered terrace.
There is TV with Stofa TV package and fibre internet.
In connection with the living room there is access to 2 additional rooms: Both with ¾ bed and storage.

The house is situated on a natural plot where you can see animals. There is direct access to Professorens Plantage and via a path along the plantation direct access to the beach (500m).
Sæby with its harbour environment, rich shopping, shopping and nice restaurants is 8 km away.
Sæby golf club is only 9.5 km away with beautiful nature and surroundings.
