Thoughtfully designed accessible holiday home! Outdoor hot tub.
On the owner's farm with horses, sheep, cats and dog as well as abundant birdlife, you stay in the house "Gråttebo", a handicap-accessible house with elevator, spacious bathroom/toilet (composting toilet) and a urinal (for both women and men) on the 2nd floor as well as an electric sauna. Large kitchen with wood-fired water-heated cooker with hob. The kitchen's work surfaces are full height.
Environmentally friendly! A lake heat pump and six solar panels provide the heating.
Lovely outdoor hot tub with lake view!
In the bedroom there are two beds and a sofa bed, separated by a curtain. In direct connection with the kitchen is a 25 m² outdoor room with underfloor heating and sliding doors in three cardinal directions. From here there is easy access to a concrete terrace (without door steps).
Above the outdoor room is a 25 m² balcony with a view over fish ponds and the lake.
Good and easy access to the house from the garage. Sound system in all rooms, also on the balcony.
The toilet is an environmentally friendly separation solution. The sauna is a large room with folding walls without benches, where you use a chair from the house or your own.
Free fishing in the lake with certain restrictions. In the lake by the house you have access to a rowing boat. The lake is less suitable for swimming as there are leeches. Within a short distance there are many other lakes for both fishing and swimming.
Walking and cycling routes are nearby, and ski area (Isaberg Mountain Resort) and golf course are only about 20 km away. A lovely national park is 25 km from the house.
The owners try to live as healthily, naturally and cleanly as possible, therefore smoking is prohibited throughout the area.
Final cleaning and transport of waste to recycling centre is carried out by the host and costs 1.000 SEK as a mandatory fee.
Bed linen as well as one large and one small towel can be rented for 250 SEK per set. This is ordered when booking.
Electricity consumption is charged from March to and including October at 2 SEK/kWh and from November to and including February at 3 SEK/kWh. Firewood can be purchased on site.
In the same area there are three additional holiday homes, which is perfect for you who travel together but still want privacy. The 4 houses are at a suitable distance so you can see each other but choose togetherness or peace yourselves.
