The property is located adjacent to the owners' farm, where everyday life is lived side by side with nature. The owners live on the premises and have two friendly dogs. The farm also has a riding school with many horses, which gives the place a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.

Indoors, the house is equipped with modern facilities such as free WiFi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. There is both a dishwasher, washing machine and a workspace, so your holiday can easily be combined with practical tasks or working from home.

Outdoors, the house offers several seating areas with sitting places, picnic area and grill. There is a playground for children, plenty of space for outdoor life and the possibility to park bicycles. It is easy to find a spot in the sun – or in the shade.

The area around the house is particularly attractive for holiday guests. Only five kilometres away are some of the area's best beaches as well as marina, cafés, shops and restaurants. There is life in the summer and peace outside the season.

Within walking distance you will find the undulating nature area known as Ruslands bakker, which invites for walks all year round. At the same time there is easy access to well-known attractions, and Copenhagen can be reached within reasonable distance, which provides a nice balance between countryside and city.
