This charming wooden house is an excellent choice for an atmospheric holiday close to nature. The house accommodates up to 5 people and a small child and is located on a private plot in a quiet area, where the setting is perfect for relaxation and quality time together.

After a refreshing walk in the area or along the coast, you can warm yourself by the wood-burning stove in the open living room, which has a beautiful and peaceful view of the garden. There is plenty of space here for socialising, board games and relaxation, and it is not uncommon for deer to quietly pass by and give you the feeling of being very close to nature.

The house is suitable for holidays all year round. The beach is just under 1 km away and can easily be reached on foot or by bike. From April to September the beach is equipped with both toilet and bathing bridge and is very child-friendly. When you return from the beach, you can rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower.

The area offers many beautiful walks and cycling routes, and only about 800 metres away is the local shop, which has everything you need for your holiday – including fresh morning bread and a fine selection of organic products.

The garden offers plenty of opportunity for both activity and relaxation: play garden games, grill, jump on the trampoline, sunbathe on the terrace, make a bonfire and enjoy the long evenings in peaceful surroundings – regardless of season.

In the local area you can explore several beaches, take a surfing lesson or visit MinigolfParken in Højby. Less than 3 km away you will find both Sommerland Sjælland and Nygårdens farm shop, which offers events, a large farm shop, pick-your-own, art market and much more.

Both Nykøbing Sjælland and Rørvig come highly recommended as excursion destinations with charming harbour environments, shops and restaurants.
