Welcome to our beautiful summer house located in the picturesque Nyrup, in the middle of the unique landscape shaped by the ice age and part of Unesco World Heritage Geopark Odsherred. This is the perfect place for both relaxation and experiences, with a location just five minutes from the water out to the Kattegat and if you continue to the right 2-3 km you will find the most beautiful sandy beach.
The house is close to local facilities such as a cosy shop and exciting street food options, and only 5 km from the charming market town Nykøbing Sjælland. A short drive of 10 km brings you to the idyllic Rørvig with its popular restaurants and the atmospheric ferry terminal and only one hour from Copenhagen.
About the summer house:
The house is 105m² and offers plenty of space and comfort:
• Large living room with dining area for 8 people, cosy wood-burning stove and two comfortable sofas.
• Two bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, ideal for both families and groups of friends.
• Modern bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
• Entertainment: Wifi and TV available for streaming.
Outdoor facilities:
• Lovely sunny terrace, perfect for morning coffee or grilled dinners, large lawn that invites play.
Please note that the house is continuously being improved, and the current pictures may not reflect the latest improvements. Among other things, the framing of the terrace in front, new large wooden terrace with outdoor shower at the back entrance, will be done for the 2026 season.
