Welcome to this lovely summer house in Nykøbing Sjælland. The summer house offers the best of two worlds: the comfort of a year-round home, and the atmosphere and location of a summer house. Over the past couple of years, the summer house has received a lot of love, which now fills it with coziness and makes it an oasis, with plenty of space to find peace and energy. For the children there is a large trampoline at the back of the garden, and there is free parking on the grounds. Important: Guests must bring their own bed linens and sheets, towels, dish towels, cleaning cloths, kitchen roll and toilet paper. The house is furnished so there is plenty of space in the entrance for your luggage. In the living room, the large dining table invites you to gather for a good meal and the soft sofa calls for music evenings, coziness and films. We know that a good night's sleep matters a lot, and we have ensured good beds (90x200 cm.) as well as both blackout curtains and regular curtains in the bedrooms. Currently, the garden room functions as a really lovely bedroom, until we have renovated the last room in the house. If there are more than four of you, there is a nice annex (approx. 20 m2) with a heat pump and entrance from the garden. Here there are two beds (90x200 cm.), a large desk that can function as a good workspace as well as a sofa bed. Note that there is no toilet in the annex. The summer house does not have TV channels, but a Smart TV where you can easily stream your favorite series. And of course there are playing cards and lots of good board games. The house is located on a quiet gravel road, with Hov Vig nature reserve 5 min. away on foot. Here you will find the most beautiful trails that lead you all the way to Rørvig. When you feel like throwing yourself into the waves, the fantastic Nordstrand is only 10 min. away by bike. Here is the clearest water and the finest sand - so beautiful and lovely! The beach is also suitable for the smallest, as you have to go quite far out before it gets deep. Nykøbing Sj. tempts with a cozy pedestrian street with everything the heart could desire in restaurants, cafés, small shops with local delicacies etc. Rørvig Harbour is only 6 km. away and on the way Rørvig Streetfood tempts with delicious food and green surroundings. Most everyday errands are within walking or cycling distance, but if you prefer the car there are also parking spaces at most entrances to the beach. If you arrive by train, it is approx. 1.8 km. from the station in Nykøbing Sj. to the house. (It is not permitted to hold parties with loud music, out of consideration for the neighbors!)
