Charming and spacious holiday home with sauna in beautiful Rørvig, within walking distance of both shops and restaurants. The house is situated on a really lovely, large, overgrown plot with, among other things, tall pine trees that give a genuine "holiday home in Rørvig" atmosphere.

This cosy and original holiday home has been renovated and appears both bright and inviting. There is a lovely, well-appointed and well-equipped kitchen - of course with a dishwasher. The kitchen is in open connection with the cosy living room, which has a wood-burning stove. There is a very large dining table with space for many people – a practical place to eat together, but also an opportunity to play board games and similar family activities

The house has both a heat pump and solar heating panels, among other things for heating water, so electricity costs can be kept down, and so you can, for example, allow yourself to use the lovely sauna after a fresh trip to the beach.

The house has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed + a single bed and a lovely, large wardrobe and direct access to the garden. One bedroom with a double bed. One bedroom with two separate single beds and finally one bedroom with a single bed.

The house has two tiled bathrooms with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. Sauna with good space and sauna stove. There is also a washing machine here.

Outside there is a large open, unobstructed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. There is parking on the plot.

The popular bathing and holiday home town, Rørvig, and the surrounding area offer holiday activities for the whole family: there is Sommerland Sjælland, several golf courses, opportunities for fishing and sailing trips on the Isefjord, mushroom picking in Sandflugtplantagen and crab fishing at the harbour in summer. There are also galleries and cosy restaurants and cafés.

If you want to drive a bit further, a trip to the cooperative village Nyvang in Holbæk is recommended. Here you can experience life in a cooperative village in the middle of the 1900s. Nyvang is an experience centre where you can touch, do and play your way through history.
