This cosy summer house is perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the beautiful area around Nykøbing Sjælland. The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 3 people, and there is a bathroom in the house. The beds are distributed as 2 single beds in one bedroom, a single bed in the other bedroom and a single bed in the living room.

The house is furnished in retro style: Cosy living room with small wood-burning stove and access to a covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the peace of nature, even when it rains. From the small kitchen there is access to the living room and dining room, separated by French doors. Toilet and shower are in 2 different rooms. Behind the house is a small lawn, which is surrounded by trees and bushes, so completely private and on the terrace you can relax in the garden furniture, light the grill and just enjoy the summer evenings in quiet surroundings.

- Towels and linen must be brought!
- Firewood or briquettes for the wood-burning stove must be purchased, what is found on the property is for private use. (available in many supermarkets or at the petrol station a few minutes away)
- Smoking not allowed indoors.

Nykøbing Sjælland is known for its fantastic beaches, and this summer house is only about 1 kilometre from a beautiful bathing beach. There are also plenty of activities in the area, including cycling, hiking and visits to local attractions such as Dragsholm Castle, Sommerland Sjælland and Odsherred Zoo. If you enjoy water sports, there are good opportunities for surfing, sailing and fishing along the coast.
