Only 150 metres from the house lies the protected and beautiful forest and nature area "Rågegården", which also has a lake. The path to the beach leads through this unique area. The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² plot with lawn and tall trees at the back of the garden. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm.) and 2 sleeping places in bunk beds (2 sleeping places of 90 x 190 cm.) adjoining the dining room.

The house was completely renovated in 2022 with, among other things, new windows and a new kitchen. On the generous terrace areas you can enjoy the summer, and in the garden there are plenty of opportunities for play and games.
On a cold autumn or winter evening, the cosy house invites relaxation and quality time in front of the crackling wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump and there is an electric radiator in the bedroom.

There is just 700 m to the fantastic bathing beach, which in summer is decorated with the characteristic striped beach huts. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 1100 m.
