There is a basement in the house, but this is not included in the rental and is not used for living. Inside, the home appears bright and simple with white walls and ceilings and light floors, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The large living and dining room is the natural gathering point of the house with space for both relaxation and shared time. The large window sections provide beautiful natural light and a fantastic view over the sea. From here there is direct access to the covered terrace facing the sea, which is furnished with 6 chairs and is perfect for sitting and enjoying the view and a refreshment – even in more changeable weather. The kitchen is separate and functionally arranged with good table space and the necessary facilities for holiday cooking. The house has two bedrooms with double beds, and furthermore a double sofa bed in the living room, so there are sleeping places for 6 people in total. Bathroom and separate toilet are original, well-maintained and functional. Outside, the summer house sits on undulating natural ground – wild by design – with direct access to the beach. The garden is simple and natural, and here the focus is on location and view rather than landscaped garden. There is also a terrace facing the road with dining area. Sandkaas is known for its beautiful cliff coast, good bathing opportunities and peaceful atmosphere, while at short distance to Allinge and Tejn with shopping, harbour environment and restaurants. An ideal summer house for you who prioritize location, view and spaciousness and want a relaxed holiday close to the sea in authentic Bornholm surroundings.
