The holiday home was built in 1982 and has been continuously renovated with respect for the house's original charm. The result is an inviting holiday home with plenty of soul, warmth and authentic holiday home atmosphere.

The heart of the house is the large and bright kitchen-living room, where there is plenty of space for shared cooking, cosy meals and long summer evenings around the dining table. In open connection lies the cosy living room with a large and comfortable corner sofa, where the family can gather for games, films or relaxation after a day full of experiences.

The holiday home also includes two bedrooms, a separate bathroom and toilet as well as a large, bright conservatory, which extends the summer and creates a beautiful living space all year round. The furnishings are kept in a charming, nostalgic grandmother style, which gives the house a warm, homely and relaxed atmosphere.

The house includes two separate annexes, which provide extra space and great flexibility. The first annex was built in 2019 and has its own bedroom as well as a private bathroom and toilet, renovated in 2026. It is ideal for grandparents, teenagers or guests who want a bit of extra privacy.

The second annex is furnished as an activity room with desk, sofa/bed, PlayStation and plenty of space for play, cosiness and relaxation. Here children and young people can have their own free space, while the adults enjoy the peace on the terrace.

Outdoors awaits a lovely, uncluttered garden with several cosy seating areas, where the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. The covered terrace and the atmospheric courtyard garden with outdoor kitchen create the perfect setting for barbecue dinners, relaxing mornings and long summer evenings under the open sky.

The location is ideal for those who want nature, peace and experiences right on the doorstep. Ringkøbing Fjord is just a few minutes' walk from the house and offers beautiful nature experiences, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and rich birdlife. The area is also a paradise for cyclists with cycle paths all the way around the fjord, where you can experience cosy harbour environments, West Jutland villages and unique views.

The holiday home is also a perfect base for exploring West Jutland. The cosy market town of Ringkøbing is only about 15 minutes' drive away with cobbled streets, exciting shops, cafés and restaurants. If you want to experience the North Sea, Søndervigs wide sandy beaches and lively holiday atmosphere can be reached in just about 25 minutes by car.
