The house offers a large living room with panoramic windows and floating terraces, a large kitchen/dining room connected to it on the level above, with views out over the living room and an associated 25 m² roof terrace with a garden table with 6 seats. In the kitchen or on the associated roof terrace you can enjoy meals with a captivating view over the landscape, or keep an eye on the children's play. On the living room level there is a lovely covered terrace with lounge sofa and a smaller garden table with 4 seats. In addition, the house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large entrance/back room, where there are, among other things, optimal conditions if you need "home office". Here there is an electric height-adjustable desk, 2 screens, headset etc. There is also a 65" OLED TV in the living room and TV in all 3 bedrooms. All TVs are equipped with Chromecast/Google TV where you have the option to cast from your own devices.

A bit about the area :

The house is located in a very peaceful and well-maintained holiday home area close to golf and a large forest plantation with hiking trails and the opportunity to go mountain biking. A good starting point for a holiday where Ringkøbing Fjord, Skjern Å Nature Park and WoW Park are very close by. The North Sea and Jyllands ParkZoo are a short 30-minute drive away, and Legoland is 1 hour's drive away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are approximately 5-10 minutes by car.
