The house sleeps up to 5 people and is ideally located – only 200 metres from the impressive North Sea and just 300 metres from the town centre, where you will find cosy shops, cafés and restaurants.

Furnishings and comfort
The 113 m² house was originally built in 1945 and thoroughly renovated in 2025, so it appears bright, modern and comfortable.

The cosy living room offers upholstered furniture, wood-burning stove, TV with Danish programmes and pleasant underfloor heating – perfect for relaxation after a day by the sea.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need: glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and of course underfloor heating.

The sleeping spaces are distributed across three large bedrooms:

The nice bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine, internet, high chair for the little ones – and the house is of course a non-smoking house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house. Pets not allowed.

Please note that when you rent this holiday home, you have FREE access to the water park Wærket in Thyborøn.

The house is equipped with solar panels so it contributes to lower energy consumption.

Outdoors
The house is situated on a 440 m² enclosed plot, which makes it ideal for both children and peaceful outdoor living. Enjoy the sun on the large enclosed terrace with garden furniture and grill, while dinner is prepared in the fresh sea air.
