The living room which is an extension of the kitchen has a dining table with bench and chairs so there is room for everyone, Smart TV with Danish and German channels and a lovely corner sofa. Incredibly beautiful and well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a large chest freezer in the garage. Bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and sink. Max. 1 pet allowed, Non-smoking house. **1st Floor** Via the stairs in the entrance you go up to the 1st floor, where the 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed are located. There is also a small living room with panoramic windows, from which there is a fantastic view of the dunes at the North Sea and the area. **Basement:** The basement has a separate entrance and is fitted with a laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with toilet, sink and large bathtub.
