House layout
147 m2 house which was renovated in 2024. From the living room there is a magnificent view of the dunes. The entrance welcomes you nicely. Living room with leather furniture, TV with German and Danish channels, radio and dining table. Kitchen with cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as an extra dining table with bench. Next to the kitchen is a practical back entrance with separate freezer, clothes line and access to the garden. Toilet with tiled floor, toilet, sink. There are practical, easy-to-clean floors throughout the house. Non-smoking house. Max 2 pets allowed. The house has district heating and a fixed amount is paid per week for district heating. Price district heating per week 1.5.-31.10 kr. 300 from 1.11.-30.4. kr. 400 per week.

1st Floor
On the first floor, accessed via the stairs in the entrance, there are 3 bedrooms. 1 large room with 4 sleeping places (1 double bed + 2 single beds). In addition there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (1 double bed) + (1 double bed). There is also a small toilet with sink as well as a separate bathroom with bathtub and shower on the 1st floor.

House surroundings
The house is situated on a 505 m2 well-maintained, fenced plot. From the back entrance there is access to a terrace / garden. In the corner of the house there is a lovely garden house. The garden house is not heated – but as soon as there is a bit of sun in the sky it is a magnificent place to sit and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee. There are plenty of garden furniture and a grill which can be moved around so you can always find a spot in the sun. From the house all of Thyborøn's attractions and restaurants can be reached within walking distance. Take a harbour walk and enjoy life at the harbour, visit the fish auction in season or try one of the North Sea's most child-friendly bathing beaches just before the North Sea becomes the Limfjord just 1000 metres from the house. The beach which is 150 m from the house is distinguished by being more suitable for sport fishing, snorkelling and diving as well as kite flying and collecting amber or perhaps just a fantastic run or a walk on the dyke or by the beach. Here you can also spend hours studying bunkers and even walk into many of them - remember a torch. If you walk from the house less than 1 kilometre towards the south you come to a large bird reserve where you can walk around in peace and quiet and observe nature in all seasons. Within walking distance at 100 metres there is a newly built large skate park just as the peculiar Snail House which is decorated with snail shells is also worth a visit.
