Large and spacious older holiday home of 178 m2 on two floors, featuring a large kitchen-dining room extending into the dining area and the big cozy living room with wood-burning stove, 4 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and entrance. Space for a total of 8 people.

Look forward to relaxing in the large garden with large wooden terrace, several cozy corners, grill and swing set. There is room here for the whole family.

The house is only 250 metres from a private beach access.

The Property
The holiday home is an older house from the 1940s, which is continuously being updated but still with plenty of charm. We completely renovated the first floor in 2020, while the ground floor has been continuously renovated by previous owners with a new kitchen etc. The ground floor has many charming quirks and is therefore not fully renovated, but in late 2025/early 2026 the ground floor is being renovated with new bathrooms and new floors. Likewise, the garden is undergoing reconstruction with new terraces and paving. Please note that the pictures may vary, as they were taken before the renovation and before the new garden is completed in late 2026..

The house has 4 bedrooms, all with really good king-size beds (180 x 200 cm). Some bedrooms are larger than others, but all have more or less the same look and feel.

The property contains furniture and fittings ranging from expensive designer furniture to cheaper furniture from Ilva and Ikea. These are entirely our private furniture and fittings, so we hope you will take really good care of the house and fittings during your stay.

The house includes a large wooden terrace, a large shed (which we hope to convert into an annex next summer). There is an outdoor fire pit and new sauna in the garden and inside the house there are plenty of family games.

There is a smart TV with Chromecast in the living room and Google speakers throughout the house and another smart TV with Chromecast is being installed on the first floor. There are also two Bluetooth speakers which can be taken out into the garden.

The house's terrace and garden furniture are prepared each year at Easter, unless the weather is fantastic earlier in the season.

Please note that the garden is still under reconstruction and the outdoor spa is in progress but cannot yet be used (before autumn 2026).
