This lovely timber holiday home with a grass roof sits on a quiet closed road with a horse paddock at the end – peaceful and secluded, yet with beach and town within easy reach. The house accommodates six guests and is full of holiday-home charm.

The living room brings the family together with a seating area, wood-burning stove and smart TV as well as a cosy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, large refrigerator and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are divided with two double beds and two single beds, all with cupboards or shelves.

From the living room you step out onto the terrace with sun most of the day and views over the 1.400 m² large private grounds with fruit trees and a large lawn with plenty of space for activities. Two newly renovated bicycles are available for free use to the beach, forest and shops.

The area has a nice bathing beach 800 metres away, shopping facilities 1.9 km from the house and a lovely forest area. Tisvilde hovedgade is six minutes away, so you can easily alternate between days by the water, in the forest and in town.
