Welcome to this charming newly renovated holiday home, idyllically situated in the picturesque Holløselund, a stone's throw from the lovely Tisvildeleje beach. This cosy retreat is not only surrounded by beauty, but also conveniently located near Holløselund station and the enchanting Tisvilde Hegn nature area, which beckons with adventure and exploration.

This holiday home is equipped with a well-appointed modern kitchen, where you will find everything from induction hobs to a practical dishwasher. The bathroom offers not only a refreshing shower cubicle and toilet, but also a practical washing machine. Indoor entertainment is also covered with wireless internet, a smart speaker, TV with Chromecast and a DVD player. The spacious living room opens onto a sunny terrace, which embraces eastern, southern and western sunlight and is furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining. The terrace is well-equipped with a large outdoor sofa, dining table and charcoal grill. Keep warm in the evening with the crackling wood-burning stove.

With two bedrooms, including a comfortable double bed and a charming room with 3 sleeping places, including a bunk bed and a freestanding cot, there is room for both family and friends. Additional sleeping places can easily be arranged using the available sofa bed in the living room. And don't freeze in winter, as an efficient air/air heat pump ensures comfortable heating.

Water consumption is included for extra convenience. Towels and bedding (sheets and duvet covers) should be brought by you.

The area around the holiday home is an oasis of peace and quiet in a charming holiday home neighbourhood. The garden invites you to cosy moments around a small bonfire pit and delicious barbecue dinners. Younger guests can hop on the trampoline with smiles on their faces (remember to follow safety regulations). For those with a taste for adventure, there is a 7-speed ladies' bicycle and a 21" CUBE MTB available in the shed - perfect for exploring the area. Please note, however, that the holiday home is not rented to youth groups.

Take a short and picturesque bike ride or a relaxing walk along the railway, and you will quickly reach the charming town of Tisvilde. In just 10 minutes by bike or 35 minutes on foot, Tisvilde reveals itself with its unique atmosphere and exciting experiences.
